Madeleine “Mac” Gagné is a Ph.D. student in the Operations Research Program at NC State University. She enjoys studying the applications of narrative artificial intelligence to emergency management and their hobbies include writing, gardening, and sewing.

Research Interests

Gagné’s research specializes in narrative artificial intelligence applications to emergency management. Interests include applied mathematics, causal inference, narrative AI, dynamic programming, linear programming, emergency management and weather-based disaster infrastructure.
